Position Overview:
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our commercial efficiency and revenue generation strategies. Leveraging your advanced analytical skills and profound understanding of business intelligence/CRM tools, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights, optimize revenue processes, and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the company commercial objectives and requirements;
- Design and develop BI/CRM solutions to track and analyze key revenue metrics;
- Conduct data mining, analysis, and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing BI systems and reports;
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance revenue performance;
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI and RevOps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field;
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in a RevOps-focused environment;
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI);
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus;
- Prior experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus;
- Advanced level of English is a must;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Motivation to work in a multiculturalenvironment;
