**Resumo das Atividades**:
Liderar e gerenciar equipe de serviço de vendas com objetivo de aumentar nossa conectividade com os clientes e lucratividade.
**Principais reponsabilidades**:
Gerenciar todo o processo de venda, desde o recebimento de solicitações de cotações, elaboração de propostas comerciais, recebimento de pedidos de venda e acompanhamento do processo até o faturamento.
Responsável pela elaboração de listas de preços, elaboração e análise de relatórios gerenciais, corrigir e implementar melhorias em ERP, controle de contratos com distribuidores/representantes e atividades relacionadas.
Administrar e analisar contratos e projetos de alta e média complexidade.
Trabalhar em conjunto com os departamentos como Comercial, Logística, Financeiro e Marketing para sugerir e implementar melhorias nos procedimentos visando a excelência no atendimento ao cliente.
Monitorar KPIs pertinentes a área e desenvolver planos de ação para impulsionar resultados.
**Requisitos**:
- Habilidades de liderança para gerenciar a equipe técnica, assim como equipe administrativa e trabalhos remotos.
- Pró-atividade ;
- Senso de urgência
- Habilidades avançadas em Excel, Word e Powerpoint;
- Graduação completa (Administração, Engenharia, Produção)
- Espanhol e inglês avançados (desejável)
