Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.We currently offer the following position in our office in São Paulo/Capital which will be onsite.**Accounts Payable Analyst**Come join a fantastic teamYOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Follows appropriate and effective policies, assuring the internal areas are following the related procedures and controls pertaining to: cash/ banks management, tax compliance, corporate reporting functions, T&E policies, SAP treasury transactions related to the Accounts Payables (A/P), Intercompany payables, Prepaids accounts and bank reconciliations (BlackLine), iBuy workflow and MobileExpenses activity.- Responsible for treasury, Accounts Payables (A/P), prepaids accounts and bank reconciliations- Update and reports the KPIs related to the Accounts Payables (A/P), prepaids accounts, bank reconciliations and support finance general operations, alsorResponsible for services to internal business processes and suppliers.YOUR PROFILEEducation/ Language:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related areas- English - Intermediate; Portuguese - Fluent.**Experience**:- Strong experience in Finance, specially accounts payables, treasury, banks reconciliations;Essential skill:- Knowledge in SAP (BlackLine, iBuy and MobileExpenses will be considered a differential);Join our winning team today.
