Job Title The Job Title role requires a professional to provide exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Main Responsibilities: Critical Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary. Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services. Communication: Build positive relationships with customers through empathetic and clear communication. Reporting: Document customer interactions, track recurring issues, and provide feedback to improve service quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of one year of related experience and/or a related degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
