User acquisition specialist

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Administração de Empresas, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em operação de canais de user acquisition com foco em performance (ex. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Adnets, Programáticas);
  • Conhecimento básico de atribuição: ferramentas (ex. MMPs como Adjust, AppsFlyer) e frameworks (ex. last touch, incrementalidade);
  • Capacidade analítica para coletar, interpretar e usar dados para decisões informadas;
  • Comunicação multinível: clareza e adaptação de linguagem para diferentes audiências;
  • Domínio de ferramentas básicas de análise de dados (ex. Excel/Sheets, SQL).

 

Vamos adorar se você tiver:

  • Experiência em modelagem aplicada a user acquisition (ex. Lifetime value, geolift);
  • Conhecimento de linguagens para análise de dados e modelagem (ex. Python);
  • Experiência prévia em fintechs.

 

Um pouco do seu dia a dia com a gente: 

  • Desenvolver estratégias de mídia paga focadas em performance (ex. ROI, CPA);
  • Reportar resultados e alinhar estratégias de mídia com equipes de Produto, Criativos, Growth e CRM;
  • Gerir e operar canais de mídia paga (ex. Google Ads, Meta Ads);
  • Propor e coordenar demandas com o time de Martech (ex. melhorias em modelo de atribuição);
  • Demais atividades do cargo.

  • Híbrido (São Paulo/SP, Fortaleza/CE e regiões metropolitanas)
