You will translate complex technology into tangible customer value, acting as the technical bridge between our innovative products and our clients' real-world security needs.**Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas:*** **Solution Architect & Design:** Partner with the Sales team to analyze client security challenges and design sophisticated, tailored video security and access control solutions.* **Technical Expert & Educator:** Act as the **go-to technical authority** for our offerings. Conduct compelling product evaluations, proofs-of-concept, training sessions, and persuasive presentations that showcase the unique value of Motorola Solutions.* **Product Specialization:** Dive deep to become a true specialist in specific Motorola Solutions products, consistently sharing knowledge to empower sales and customers to achieve their security and business goals.* **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.* **Complex Troubleshooting:** Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical challenges and system integration issues.* **Travel & Work Environment:** This role involves exciting travel (up to 50%), locally and internationally, to support site surveys, client meetings, and industry tradeshows.
