**Requisitos**:
- A função do (Operador de Impressão) é auxiliar na operação de um site de cliente da Xerox, fornecendo uma ampla gama de serviços de impressão de acordo com as especificações do contrato do cliente.
- O titular da função trabalha como parte da equipe de entrega de serviços alinhada a um ou mais clientes. Ele/ela se concentrará no seguinte:
- Fornecer serviço que atenda ao SLA e encante o cliente
- Responsável por rastrear e substituir fornecedores
- Responsável por imprimir, digitalizar, encadernar e organizar a documentação solicitada pelo cliente
- Fornecer atendimento ao cliente no centro de cópias e entregar as impressões solicitadas nas áreas
Geral:
- Trabalho de nível intermediário com alguma experiência de trabalho
- Desenvolver conhecimento e habilidades por meio de treinamento formal e aplicá-los para concluir o trabalho atribuído dentro de sua área de especialização
- Identificar problemas em situações simples e tomar decisões acertadas usando procedimentos padrão
- Trabalhar dentro de procedimentos estabelecidos com um grau moderado de supervisão
**Responsabilidades**:
- Operar e manter o equipamento
- Garantir que os padrões de qualidade sejam atendidos e os requisitos do cliente sejam atendidos
- Atuar como especialista ao aconselhar os clientes sobre requisitos de produção fora do padrão
- Reabastecer consumíveis e executar manutenção do operador principal quando necessário
