Estamos em busca de um Sales Engineer para apoiar o time de vendas com expertise técnica em nossas soluções. O profissional será responsável por garantir que os prospects compreendam como nossa tecnologia pode resolver seus problemas de negócios, ajudando a adaptar nossas soluções às necessidades específicas dos clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar o time de vendas em reuniões com clientes, oferecendo explicações técnicas e garantindo segurança na proposição da melhor arquitetura técnica para o projeto, mostrando como a plataforma Blip e Stilling podem ser utilizadas de forma eficiente para ajudar o cliente a atingir seus resultados esperados.

  • Desenvolver demonstrações de produtos e provas de conceito (PoCs) para ilustrar a viabilidade e os benefícios das soluções, garantindo que as PoCs sejam realizadas de forma consistente para transmitir credibilidade e segurança técnica. Preparar ambientes prontos de demonstração para facilitar a visualização das soluções pelos clientes.

  • Identificar os desafios técnicos dos clientes, especialmente aqueles relacionados a integrações entre sistemas, e propor soluções personalizadas que atendam às suas demandas, utilizando amplo conhecimento sobre o que funciona e o que não funciona nesses contextos.

  • Colaborar com o time de produto e operações para trazer feedbacks dos clientes e prospects sobre funcionalidades e melhorias necessárias, garantindo que as propostas tenham embasamento técnico e estejam alinhadas com a capacidade de entrega do time de operações.

  • Ajudar a criar materiais técnicos que possam apoiar o time comercial durante as etapas de venda, incluindo padrões de apresentações, ambientes de demonstração simulados, cases práticos, e atualizações sobre evoluções de plataformas e tecnologias.

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

  • Experiência prévia em funções técnicas de vendas ou implementação de soluções de tecnologia.

  • Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócios em soluções técnicas.

  • Conhecimento sobre plataformas de mensageria e soluções conversacionais é altamente desejável.
