Job Title: Technical Support Specialist We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing multi-channel support, ensuring quality information capture and resolving low- to medium-complexity contacts. Key responsibilities include recording all calls from the helpline, registering contacts in the ticket registration platform (ITSM), attending on the spot incidents of user-reported errors with workstation computer equipment, directing each contact to the corresponding resolution group for prompt attention, advising users on processes not related to workstation problems, receiving and documenting service failures reported by users regarding the attention of different troubleshooting groups, following up on each ticket generated to ensure it is attended within agreed levels, reporting in real-time problems or failures in applications affecting groups of users as major incidents, and meeting productivity and quality goals. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in using various technical tools and software.
