IT Support Specialist We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a collaborative environment and transform their career. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective technical support through various communication channels. Record all calls from the helpline and register the contact in the ticket registration platform. Respond promptly to on-the-spot user reports of workstation computer equipment errors. Direct each contact to the corresponding resolution group for prompt attention. Advise users on processes not related to workstation problems. Receive and document service failures reported by users regarding the attention of troubleshooting groups. Ensure that each ticket is attended within agreed-upon levels according to the service catalog. Report real-time problems or failures affecting a group of users to be addressed as major incidents. Maintain productivity and quality goals. Follow client-defined processes and standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Advanced English language proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese/English. Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Experience with remote support tools. Service Desk experience. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting). Desirable Skills: Conflict management techniques. Knowledge of ITIL principles. Experience in multinational environments or supporting global teams. Familiarity with Service Desk KPIs. Exposure to quality assurance practices.
