In this role, you will proactively interact with the engineering departments of customers, presenting and promoting our wide range of Otis products and services. Your role will be to identify and offer the best technical and commercial solutions, ensuring that our proposals are competitive and attractive, linking technical innovation to business opportunities. You will report to the Sales Engineering Manager, who will provide you with guidance, training, growth, and development opportunities in our highly resilient and ever-changing business world. On a typical day, you will: Review technical specifications and propose the best solutions, exploring new sources of supply based on customer needs and standards. Handle complex technical situations and evaluate preliminary solutions. Conduct feasibility and performance studies and analyses, as well as provide technical support on products for clients. Assess the feasibility of non-standard solutions and set pricing according to customer needs. Interact with Otis factories worldwide to define product scopes according to customer needs. Prepare pricing estimates for a full range of equipment, ensuring competitive and attractive offers. Interact with and support the sales team, including attending client meetings when necessary. Conduct technical-commercial training for the sales force. What You Need to Succeed: Degree in Engineering or related fields. Fluency in English and Spanish (Basic - Desired). Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with sales and product specification systems.
