As a member of the Unlimit Business Development Team, you will be responsible for driving your own pipeline, seeking out opportunities in the market, and supporting the ongoing commercial growth strategy of the organization.

What you will do:
  • Build a pipeline of new potential partners and close deals.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for Unlimit as we establish a position in the market.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to understand the product and ways of working.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for Unlimit's products and services in the region.
  • Represent Unlimit at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across the region.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitches based on client needs and Unlimit's value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
What you will need:
  • Industry expert – experienced in certain industries.
  • Hunter mentality – proactive in seeking new clients and standing out from the crowd.
  • Excellent negotiation skills – a 'yes' always begins with a 'no'.
  • Passionate – love what you do every day and have a ferocity to win.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
  • Commercially driven – goal-oriented attitude.
  • Organized – methodical and planning skills are critical.
  • Self-starter – able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a specific industry.
