**The team you will be a part of**:
You will be part of our LATAM Strategic Planning team, which assists our leaders to define the region’s overall long-term goals or objectives, coordinating the business strategies creation process, supporting its execution and evaluating its results.
**This role in summary**:
The LATAM M&A Manager will be responsible end-to-end for Whirlpool’s Merger & Acquisitions Office in the Latin America Region.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Lead valuation work and all analytical aspects of M&A execution and analysis;
- Elaborate valuation models (DCF, Multiples), considering strategic fit & synergies;
- Prepare teasers, information memorandum, valuation reports and management presentations for senior leadership;
- Act as PMO, coordinating the entire process of inorganic actions;
- Support due diligence execution, guaranteeing scope, assumptions, timeframe, budget & quality;
- Proactively run market evaluations to unfold M&A opportunities (acquisitions, mergers, JV, strategic alliance, divestiture, PPA)
- Maintain contact with external during the execution process;
**Minimum requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Engineering.
- At least 6 years of professional experience (with a minimum of 3 in M&A, strategic planning, investment banking or similar)
- Solid knowledge in financial modeling, accounting, corporate finance and mathematical finance.
- English proficiency
**Preferred skills and experiences**:
- MBA.
- Spanish.
