Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and grow sales revenue through strategic market penetration, focusing on chemical construction materials.
  2. Achieve predetermined sales targets and performance metrics for the organization.
  3. Promote and provide technical support for chemical construction materials to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Construction Materials, Marketing, or related fields. HPMC/HEMC/RDP preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sales within the construction materials or related industries. Experience in selling Rubber Powder, cellulose ether, or other chemical construction materials is highly valued.

Skills:

  • Strong market analysis and customer communication abilities.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
  • Good teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
