Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow sales revenue through strategic market penetration, focusing on chemical construction materials.
- Achieve predetermined sales targets and performance metrics for the organization.
- Promote and provide technical support for chemical construction materials to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Construction Materials, Marketing, or related fields. HPMC/HEMC/RDP preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales within the construction materials or related industries. Experience in selling Rubber Powder, cellulose ether, or other chemical construction materials is highly valued.
Skills:
- Strong market analysis and customer communication abilities.
- Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Good teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
