Job Title: Operations Manager

The key role of the Operations Manager is to oversee the onboarding and ongoing performance of treatment centers used for clinical chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies.

This position requires strong relationship building skills with apheresis, cell lab, and treatment center staff, as well as effective communication and coordination with clinical and commercial CAR-T teams.

  • Develop strategic relationships with Apheresis and Treatment Centre Staff.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish apheresis collection footprint.
  • Coordinate site onboarding activities and ensure timely collections.
  • Communicate on-boarding status and develop mitigation plans for delayed timelines.
  • Perform technical site assessments and train staff on collection requirements.
  • Provide Quality Systems support by participating in deviation activities and impact/investigation assessments.
  • Work with internal teams to monitor and assess vendor performance.
  • Manage rollout of process changes and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the department on cross-functional project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related science or nursing.
  • Advanced degree in related science or nursing (desired).
