Responsabilidades da Posição
  • Quais serão suas responsabilidades:
  • Mecânicas & regras — conceber o core loop, recursos e condições de vitória; documentar de forma clara e iterar via playtests.
  • Design de cartas & expansões — criar habilidades, curvas de poder, raridades e flavor; ~150 cartas por set.
  • Balanceamento & metagame — planejar sessões de teste, analisar métricas (win-rate, diversidade de deck) e aplicar ajustes rápidos.
  • Economia & colecionismo — definir distribuição em boosters, tipos de foil e estratégias de reprint (sem inflação de preços).
  • Integração digital — assegurar paridade físico/digital, monetização F2P (cosméticos, passe de temporada) e UX de troca/cart market.
  • Organised Play — colaborar em regras de torneio, banlist e premiações.
  • Mentoria — orientar designers júniors e freelancers.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
  • Experiência comprovada em design ou balanceamento de card games (TCG, "living card games" ou jogos digitais equivalentes). Projetos autorais, mods relevantes ou participação em ciclos de teste profissionais contam.
  • Familiaridade profunda com pelo menos um TCG competitivo de mercado (MTG, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Flesh & Blood etc.).
  • Capacidade de prototipar rapidamente (Tabletop Simulator, Unity/Godot, sheets) e de tomar decisões baseadas em dados (estatística básica, telemetria).
  • Inglês de leitura (regras, artigos, fóruns).

  • Desenvolvimento de mecânicas de jogo inovadoras e equilibradas.
  • Criação de uma narrativa envolvente e personagens cativantes.
  • Integração de feedback da comunidade na evolução do jogo.
  • Gerenciamento de cronograma de desenvolvimento e entregas.
