Director of Finance Join Search Atlas Group as a Director of Finance and help shape the future of a rapidly growing SEO software company and digital agency. This high‑impact role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, reporting directly to the founders and partnering with the leadership team to build the financial engine for our next stage of scale. About the Role As a bootstrapped SaaS and services company, we need a finance leader who can move beyond number‑keeping and turn data into actionable insights that fuel growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role with direct impact on financial strategy, operational efficiency and data‑driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Fully Remote – work from anywhere (CST/EST timezone) Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, reporting, cash flow and capital allocation. Partner with leadership to shape company strategy and evaluate growth opportunities. Build and scale dashboards, cohort analysis and performance metrics to drive revenue optimization, churn reduction and unit economics. Implement financial systems, controls and processes that support multi‑state and multi‑geography scaling (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks). Manage U.S. tax and regulatory obligations, corporate structure and compliance. Build and lead a high‑performing finance and analytics team. Requirements 8+ years in senior finance leadership, preferably in SaaS or tech companies (3+ years in SaaS required). Strong command of FP&A, variance analysis and advanced data analytics (SQL, BI tools, cohort/lifetime value analysis). Deep understanding of unit economics and SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, ARR). Experience operating in bootstrapped or capital‑efficient environments with focus on cash‑flow discipline and profitability. Demonstrated success implementing or optimizing ERP systems and finance tech stacks (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot integrations). Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
