Buscamos um(a) parceiro(a) para atuar em suporte ao time de Comercial.
Descrição das atividades objeto da prestação de serviços:
- Desenvolver e expandir a base de clientes em todo o Brasil.
- Prospectar ativamente empresas, bancos, securitizadoras, gestoras e outros players do mercado financeiro.
- Gerenciar e converter leads originados de redes sociais, campanhas de marketing digital e outras ações publicitárias.
- Apresentar soluções da BRX Finance de forma clara, técnica e consultiva, com profundo entendimento de securitização de ativos, antecipação de recebíveis, financiamento empresarial, empréstimos estruturados (CCBs, Notas Comerciais) e FIDCs.
- Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas: prospecção, qualificação, reuniões, proposta e fechamento.
- Participar de eventos e encontros estratégicos do setor financeiro.
Requisitos do prestador de serviços:
- Experiência comprovada em vendas B2B no mercado financeiro (bancos, securitizadoras, gestoras, fintechs, crédito estruturado ou produtos de investimento).
- Conhecimento sólido em securitização de ativos, antecipação de recebíveis, financiamento empresarial, empréstimos estruturados (CCBs, Notas Comerciais) e FIDCs.
- Habilidade para explicar soluções financeiras complexas com clareza e visão estratégica.
- Experiência com leads inbound e técnicas de prospecção ativa (cold call, social selling e networking).
- Perfil hunter, resiliente, com forte capacidade de negociação e comunicação.
Desejáveis:
- Conhecimento em HubSpot ou outros CRMs.
- Experiência ou interesse em blockchain e tecnologia financeira.
- Vivência em gestão de pipeline e métricas de conversão.
- Interesse ou experiência prévia com blockchain/tecnologia financeira é um diferencial
