Information Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. Responsibilities Manage end-user support, endpoints, identity and access management automation, and cloud-based IT systems and tools. Participate in the design, implementation and management of a growing cloud-first infrastructure and networks. Collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholders (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR). Own the onboarding and offboarding experience for employees (equipment provisioning and retrieval). Design, test, build and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf). Improve IDP and SSO configurations (GSuite, Okta) and document solutions; automate routine tasks. Handle incidents and issues through to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and manage projects in Jira using agile methods. Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; strong API integration skills between systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping/receiving and customs knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Security awareness including PGP; understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI troubleshooting. Self-management skills with the ability to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces for efficient work. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
