Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is committed to helping end users who are in need of help. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner seeking a supportive environment to continue growing their IT skills and expertise. This role reports to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Be customer-facing and the first line of support; own support and provide an outstanding support experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc. Proficiency with macOS in an enterprise environment; troubleshoot, use the terminal, and ensure macOS works in the enterprise. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and offboarding of employees. Design, test, build, document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Enhance IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.); document solutions and automate busywork. Write clear help articles, automate tasks, manage incidents to resolution, and prioritize help desk tickets. Work on projects over sprints with agile methods and document work in Jira. Set and pursue own objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; experience shipping and receiving hardware and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication across media; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching); knowledge of OSI model troubleshooting. Self-management with the ability to scope work and collaborate across multiple teams; strong organizational and task-management skills. Nice to Haves Some familiarity with AWS; Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.
