OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Through our products & services, we can make a difference in the lives and futures of our clients - in real terms.Our team at Ledn is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds with a shared conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy.The core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are building, innovating and revolutionizing financial services.ResponsibilitiesYou will be customer-facing, and the first line of support; you own support and you are passionate about providing an outstanding support experience to our employees — via Slack, Jira, etc.We are all Mac.You are proficient at troubleshooting, using the terminal, and making macOS work in the enterprise.You will be responsible for procuring and delivering technology equipment.You will own the experience of tech onboarding for all new employees and tech retrieval for all outgoing employees.You will design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools, and contribute improvements to existing knowledge with your experience.You will support and manage SaaS applications — Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.You will work with and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools — MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.You'll own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).You'll detail solutions, craft help articles and automate busywork.Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents and issues as needed, through to completion.Prioritize help desk tickets and balance multiple tasks effectively.Work on projects over sprints, and document work in Jira; experience with agile methods and sprints is preferred.Set and pursue own objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.What You Bring To Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.Ability to utilize open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.You can integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta.You know how to work with APIs and integrate systems together.Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones and handling hardware shipping and customs.Excellent communication skills across all media; clear, friendly, concise writing sensitive to different cultures.A desire to provide a magical experience for others and a strong security mindset, including knowledge of PGP.Understanding of networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching).Ability to methodically troubleshoot problems across OSI layers and manage projects across multiple teams.Self-management and strong organizational skills; comfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data.Nice To HavesSome familiarity with AWS; prior use without requiring certifications.Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces to improve efficiency.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitWe seek a leader who thrives in startup/tech environments and embodies our values: adaptability, resilience, and a builder's mindset.Collaborative, able to influence across functions and cultures with empathy and clarity.Integrity and accountability, especially in managing confidential information across diverse contexts.Experience working in a remote environment.A Taste Of What We ProvideGrowth opportunities as one of the world's leading digital asset companies.Comprehensive, best-in-class total rewards package starting on day one.Competitive PTO and ownership in the company through equity.Remote work option worldwide for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven career with barriers removed so you love what you do.Ledn is an equal opportunity employer emphasizing inclusivity and diversity; accommodation requests can be made at any stage of the recruitment process.Ledn Working Environment: Our team is global and remote-first; please note that due to high volume of applications only qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response and we may review publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
