The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT. The role includes supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. The right candidate has demonstrated success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments and is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code. This role will report to the Director of IT and will be customer-facing, driving a positive IT support experience for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools. The team is Mac-centric and you will be responsible for procuring and delivering technology equipment, onboarding new employees, tech retrieval for departing employees, and ongoing improvement of IT programs and policies. Responsibilities Own the experience of tech onboarding for all new employees and tech retrieval for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own and contribute to improvements on identity and access management tools (IDP/SSO with GSuite, Okta, etc.). Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents; prioritize help desk tickets and track work in Jira. Work on projects over sprints with agile practices; align objectives/Key Results (OKRs) with team and company goals. Collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and HR. Proactively design and implement cloud-first infrastructure and networks; support end users and automate workflows. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; strong API integration skills. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent communication skills; ability to write clearly for tickets, email, and Slack; comfortable assisting time-constrained users. Strong technical foundations: security mindset, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching), OSI model troubleshooting, and the ability to self-manage and scope projects across teams. Nice to Haves Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line tooling. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
