
Business Development Manager

- Estabelecer e manter o relacionamento para garantir que as métricas/resultados sejam alcançados;
- Formular e executar um plano de negócios/estratégia para habilitar e aumentar os revendedores em renovações de serviços e Receita Recorrente, alinhando-se às iniciativas, objetivos dos Vendors de Cloud e TD SYNNEX, e atendendo às principais métricas de desempenho;
- Atuar como agente de mudança para evoluir o modelo de negócios de receita recorrente da TD SYNNEX;
- Identificar e recrutar Revendedores que compram produtos, mas não serviços;
- Capacite os Revendedores treinando-os sobre os Serviços dos Vendors de Cloud /TD SYNNEX e como superar as objeções dos Revendedores/Clientes;
- Aproveitar as métricas de desempenho dos Vendors de Cloud para gerenciar os negócios, incluindo taxas de renovação, taxas de anexação e taxas de conversão de ativos não cobertos;
- Atuar como elo de ligação com as equipes internas de vendas da TD SYNNEX, bem como com a equipe dos Vendors de Cloud.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Formação completa em Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Administração ou a áreas correlatas;
- Inglês intermediário/Avançado;
- Experiência em funções semelhantes como Inside Sales, Account Manager, Gerente de Relacionamento, e afins;
- Histórico de Cursos e Certificações relacionadas à Cloud Computing;
- Certificação Microsoft AZ-900 e AZ-104;Localização - São Paulo
