OPPO's footprint extends to more than 70 countries and regions, with over 300,000 sales outlets and 3,300 official service centers, where it employs more than 40,000 people dedicated to creating a better life for customers around the world through smarter products and services.We are looking for experienced talents to join us on this exciting journeyResponsibilitiesBe in charge for the entire life cycle management of the product - the introduction of the service technology of the product, the service process, the service policy and other service capabilities of the construction.Responsible for the operation and management of the service satisfaction and service cost of the product life cycle, identifying the problems of the products/processes/policies after the listing and promoting the problem solving, and continuously optimizing the capability of the organization and process.Responsible for the handling of major after sales problems and emergencies, quickly coordinate resources to give solutions, support the first line to solve the customer side of the problem, maintain the company's product satisfaction.RequirementsBachelor´s degree or above.Advanced English is mandatory.Experience working in multinational companies.Previous experience in a relevant industry, certain technical skills, with keen insight ability.Possess relevant experience in project management and experience in handling unexpected major events.Excellent communication skills, clear logic, proactivity, and strong adaptability, along with cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.Note:
