**Your team and responsibilities**
BrandLoyalty is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to further develop our business in Brazil and beyond. Your aim is to grow our business to become the market leader. We operate in a competitive environment, so we are looking for a strong professional with a winner’s mentality. You are constantly looking for the next opportunity while building strong relationships with our clients at a multi-level. Your experience in solution selling with a consultative approach helps you to be successful and you are able to turn each opportunity into a success. When possible again, you will travel frequently within the country as well as internationally to always be there for our clients, consumers, and colleagues.
- Develop new business within Brazil and grow the current client portfolio within the food retail industry and drive sales according to strategy and budget;
- Continuously identify, create structured plans and execute sales activities to achieve sales forecasts and net margin targets for the region;
- Create strong relationships at multi-level within the client’s organization and be able to successfully turn this into a strategic long-term partnership;
- Liaising closely with team members from multiple teams and offices to ensure consistency and continuity in the delivery of loyalty programs.
**What qualities do you bring?**
- Entrepreneurial Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience within sales, preferably in solution selling connected to Retail/FMCG or Marketing advertising;
- Bachelor/ University degree;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Analytical;
- Proven track record in successful new business development due to your consultative approach with a focus on clients and consumers;
- Opportunistic personality with great problem-solving skills and a persistent and persuasive approach;
- Self-motivated professional with a winner’s mentality while being a team player by heart;
- Hands-on approach takes initiative and driven to go the extra mile;
- Constantly challenge yourself and your colleagues to deliver the best results and be a reliable partner;
- Willing to travel frequently.
