**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Manages sales of the organization’s services (e.g., maintenance and service contracts).

Responsible for selling the company’s services (e.g., maintenance and service contracts); primary responsibility may include finding and generating new customers. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

The most senior level individual contributor sales account manager. Viewed as an expert by the company and in the field. Incumbents focus on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts. May be responsible for the development of new business opportunities for new products or emerging areas. May have a leadership role. Typically 12+ years direct work experience.
