About the role We’re looking for an Account Executive to join Pipefy’s SMB team — one of the fastest-growing segments in the company. Our mission is simple (but ambitious): help small and medium-sized businesses digitize and automate their operations through Pipefy’s AI-powered workflow platform , in a scalable, fast, and high-impact way. This is a quota-carrying role with full ownership of the sales cycle , from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing. We’re looking for someone curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a high-performance, learning-driven environment . What you’ll do Account Development: Identify, map, and develop strategies for target accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Solution Selling & Value Delivery: Conduct deep discovery to understand customer challenges and align Pipefy’s solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. Deal Management: Lead end-to-end sales cycles with autonomy, creativity, and strategic thinking — from qualification to close. Collaborative Sales Process: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success, and partners) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term customer success. What we’re looking for 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales Strong consultative and value-selling mindset Proven experience negotiating and managing contracts Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Highly organized with strong time-management abilities Someone who takes initiative , learns fast, and enjoys building solutions in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment.
