We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive with foundational Business Development (SDR) experience to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for an ambitious professional with 2-3 years of experience who thrives in a dynamic environment, passionate about managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by both identifying new opportunities and driving them to successful closure, primarily focusing on Brazilian market.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Qualification (SDR Focus)
- Proactively identify and research potential clients within target markets using various tools
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, phone, on-site events and social channels to generate qualified leads and secure initial meetings
- Qualify inbound leads to assess their potential and alignment with our solutions
- Sales Cycle Management (AE Focus)
- Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and articulate Cambly's value proposition
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and maintaining CRM data
- Negotiate and close deals, driving revenue growth for the company
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals
- Contribute insights from market interactions to inform sales and product development strategies
- Native in Portuguese, business fluent in English
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales-related role (e.g., SDR, BDR, Junior Account Executive), preferably within a SaaS or EdTech company
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Strong proficiency in cold outreach techniques across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
