Partner with Sales Teams to Deliver Exceptional Customer Outcomes The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those requirements. This involves conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions to articulate the value and functionality of complex products or services. In addition, the successful applicant will be responsible for responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and technical questionnaires in collaboration with sales and proposal teams. They will also translate business needs into technical specifications and coordinate with product development or engineering teams to ensure solution alignment. The role requires serving as a subject matter expert (SME) during client interactions and contributing to strategic account planning. Furthermore, the successful candidate will assist with deployment planning and post-sale implementation support, acting as a liaison between the client and engineering teams when needed. To thrive in this position, one must stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide insights and maintain technical credibility. Finally, they will maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, customer feedback, and engagement outcomes in CRM and related systems.
