Business Planning Specialist OTR (Local) About Bridgestone Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM), headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa (BSEMEA), headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, operate collectively as a “Bridgestone West” strategic region. This region services the strategic business needs of teams across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. BSAM and BSEMEA are subsidiaries of Bridgestone Corporation, globally headquartered in Japan. Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries. Responsibilities Primary coordinator between “Sales” and “Other functions” of BSBR & BSAR, including BSJ and BMSL. Directly report to Senior Manager and provide periodic communication with OTR responsible in BSJ, BMSL and BSBR-RJ. Responsible for all OTR (BS & FS) products to be sold through BSBR & BSAR to Rep & OE customers in the LAS region. Compile all necessary data (Information center) for OTR daily operation. Create customer database of Brazil and Argentina with BSBR/BSAR Sales team. Compile monthly orders from Sales by reviewing inventory forecast and place orders to Japan by communicating with LAS Supply team. Work with SCM team to follow up on importing and arrange inland transportation to customers. Collaborate with Sales, LAS Finance and Revenue team on price setting/analysis and communicate with BSJ for TPL calculation. Participate in budget/target setting process, results/forecast study, and monthly meeting coordination with Business Planning Manager. Negotiate with the Japanese team. Qualifications High School Degree or master’s degree. Experience in back‑office departments with constant interactions with Sales, Marketing, Supply and Finance departments. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Personal Attributes Project management. Strong leadership. Well organized; attention to detail. Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines. Multi‑tasking skills. Teamwork promoter. Excellent communication skills. High confidentiality level. Proficient in MS Office.
