Responsabilidades / Responsibilities She/He will be primary coordinator between “Sales” and “Other functions” of BSBR & BSAR, including BSJ and BMSL; She/He will directly report to Senior Mg as well as periodical communication with OTR responsible in BSJ, BMSL and BSBR-RJ; For our LAS region, we are looking for a OTR Business Planning Coordinator, responsible for all OTR (BS & FS) products to be sold through BSBR & BSAR to Rep & OE customers; She/He will compile all necessary data (Information center) for OTR daily operation; She/He will create customer database of Brazil and Argentina with BSBR/BSAR Sales team; She/He will compile monthly order from Sales by reviewing inventory forecast, and place order to Japan by communicating with LAS Supply team; She/He will work with SCM team to follow up importing and arrange in-land transportation to customers; She/He will work for price setting/analysis with Sales, LAS Finance and Revenue team, also communicate with BSJ for TPL calculation; She/He will work for Budget/Target setting process, result/forecast study, monthly meeting coordination together with Business Planning Manager; Negotiations with the Japanese team. Qualificações / Qualifications High School Degree/master’s degree; Experience in back-office departments with constant interactions with Sales, Marketing, Supply and Finance depts; Languages: Portuguese & English (Fluent). Personal Attributes Project management; Strong Leadership; Well organized; attention to detail; Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines; Multi-tasking skills; Teamwork promoter; Excellent communication skills; High confidentiality level; Proficient in MS Office.
