Principais responsabilidades:
- Desenvolver e implementar planos estratégicos de negócios para alcançar metas de vendas e crescimento no mercado.
- Liderar e gerenciar a divisão de Ferramentas de Anexos, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos e metas da empresa.
- Identificar e buscar novas oportunidades de negócios no segmento de mineração e pedreiras.
- Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes chave e partes interessadas.
- Monitorar tendências de mercado e atividades dos concorrentes para orientar as estratégias de negócios.
- Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para impulsionar a inovação e melhoria de produtos.
- Preparar e apresentar relatórios regulares sobre o desempenho dos negócios e condições de mercado.
Qualificações:
- Graduação em Administração, Engenharia ou área relacionada. MBA é um diferencial.
- Experiência comprovada em vendas na indústria de mineração, com forte histórico de cumprimento de metas de vendas.
- Habilidades sólidas em gestão de stakeholders e equipes multifuncionais.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.
- Pensamento estratégico com foco em resultados.
- Disponibilidade para viagens extensas.
