Key Growth Position The Key Growth Position will be responsible for driving business expansion through strategic portfolio promotion, customer engagement, and partnership development. Engage with clinical laboratories in both private and public sectors to promote the portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. Support local distributors in closing deals with new customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful partnerships. Maintain and expand existing customer collaborations, leveraging their potential for continued growth and revenue. Participate in product promotion activities, assisting in organizing scientific meetings, exhibitions, and workshops that showcase the company's offerings and expertise. Responsibilities: Strategic Portfolio Promotion: Drive business growth by promoting the company's portfolio to key stakeholders in the clinical laboratory sector. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. Partnership Development: Collaborate with local distributors to close deals, maintain customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. Event Organization: Assist in planning and executing product promotion events, including scientific meetings, exhibitions, and workshops. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
