Key Business Growth Role Hartmann Young is looking for a professional to drive business growth and expansion in the nutraceutical market. The ideal candidate has: A proven track record of successful business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within the industry. Strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystem and a well-established book of business. Direct experience selling tablets, capsules, softgels, gummys, or related dosage forms. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's presence in South America. Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand strategic partnerships with global key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturers. Drive new business growth by leveraging your existing network and opening high-value commercial opportunities. Lead the full business development cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and long-term strategic planning. Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies. Represent the business at leading industry trade shows and events to strengthen brand visibility and network reach. Requirements: You can be located anywhere within South America to qualify for this market. 8+ years' experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within the industry. A well-established book of business and strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystem. Direct experience selling tablets, capsules, softgels, gummys, or related dosage forms. Proven ability to generate revenue growth and close complex commercial agreements. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert technical innovation into business value. An entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, hands-on environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A willingness to travel internationally as needed.
