Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry at Nexer Telescope. The role involves recruiting engineers to relocate to Sweden, supporting relocation logistics, and collaborating with global and Swedish teams to help engineers and their families build a career and life in Sweden.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and recruit engineers for Swedish IT roles.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, tickets, etc.).
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.
  • Support clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
  • Maintain a high level of service, quality, and professionalism; uphold the company values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset for finding the best solution.
  • High-quality work and strong brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and in IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, and capable of closing recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and highly motivated.
  • Resilient, able to persist after rejection and continue pushing forward.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Contract Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime: 1:1 compensation in flex.
  • Location: Remote (home) or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
