Job Description

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need many engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it. Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team with a strong focus on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Required competence

Required competence (please ensure this is documented in your CV): At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.

  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient, capable of turning a "no" into an opportunity to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Employment details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP
  • Full time
  • Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur
  • Minimum 12 months
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes
  • Free national holidays with maintained payment
  • 20 paid vacation days
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem
