Sweden needs skilled engineers. There are about 30,000 engineers to be placed by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Currently, there are about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with clients in Sweden. The role involves helping engineers relocate to Sweden and informing them about the benefits of living and working there.

You will work with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, with support from a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. The company handles visa, work permits, travel, housing, and related arrangements for employees.

Clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam. The team is described as efficient and focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Start date: ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, with a minimum commitment of 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation is 1:1. Location: work from home or a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration starts at 1200 USD plus remittance fees and taxes, with 20 paid vacation days and paid travels, housing, and per diem. National holidays are paid. Minimum 12 months contract.

• Identify and recruit engineers for Sweden-based roles, building trust with candidates considering relocation.
• Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and assist with relocation logistics.
• Coordinate with a global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management to facilitate visa, work permits, housing, travel, and related arrangements.
• Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
• Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries.

• At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
• Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Highly service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
• High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
• Upper intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and fulfill recruitment requests.
• Self-confident, sociable, outgoing, and highly motivated.
• Resilient, able to take a setback in stride and persist in achieving results.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
