**Role overview**:**Responsible for leading the customer **journey with Intellibrand services (from onboarding, through pilot, go live, and training/education).**:**Key accountabilities**:- Onboarding new clients and helping them use our platform/solutions.- Support the client in carrying out the technical configurations of the platform.- Ensure the agile, timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives (SLA).- Define and control onboarding schedules for new and actual clients. Keep the client informed of the configuration status on a regular basis.- Provide training on the platform to new customer users.- Provide training on product upgrades, new releases, and enhancements to internal team.- Provide the latest platform updates to the internal team on a regular basis.- Proactively monitor success metrics and KPIs, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders- Seek out cross-sell and upsell opportunities.**This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.**:**Skills, experience & qualifications required**:- 2+ years professional experience in SaaS, Onboarding and Customer Success.- Fluent English and advanced/fluent Spanish.- Tech-savviness; able to connect technical understanding of product with customer needs.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Patient and active listener.- Highly organized and able to multi-task- Self-driven and very proactive.- Adaptability and cognitive flexibility to adapt to changes, problems and situations that emerge.- Passion for the customer.- Tons of energy, passion, and enthusiasm.
