Currently, we are looking for an ambitious **Senior International Business Development Manager - Payment Solutions **to join our Gaming platform team for** full-time**employment in our beautiful **office** in New Belgrade.

In this position, we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Analyses the performance of current processes and agreements with partners and, if growth points are identified, formulate a task and coordinate its solution both within the team and with partners
- Analyzing and proposing new payment systems, banks, and partner channels
- Promote the company's services in the international market
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with partners at the C-level
- Help coordinate the activities of the account management team and the business team in solving business tasks
- Represent the company at international conferences and events
Required skills:
- **Proven experience in business development in this or similar segments (iGaming, video games, high-risk)**:
- Proven experience in the online payments industry of 3 years or more
- Proven experience in participation in international conferences
- Deep understanding of the international Internet Payments market
- Proven experience in communication and negotiations at the top level of large companies in the B2B segment
- Ability to analyze and improve internal partner processes
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
- Creativity and presentation skills
- Skilled in analyzing the market, and competitors and seeing the main trends
- Skilled in decomposing tasks, setting goals, and achieving them both independently and as part of a distributed team
- Knowledge of English language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written)
It would be a plus but not necessary:
- Knowledge of the Portuguese and/or Spanis
