Key Responsibilities: As a digital customer engagement manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer experience across various digital channels. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT service management, SAP Basis, and SAP applications Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network interfaces, and load balancer topics Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form a big picture quickly before surmising a path to a solution Soft Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Additional local languages are a plus (e.g., Asian languages: Chinese, Korean, Japanese; European languages: German, French, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian) Benefits: This role offers a remote work opportunity with 5 days of work per week.
