Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. The role focuses on finding engineers eligible to relocate to Sweden and helping them understand the benefits of living and working there.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit IT engineers for client companies in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates, explaining relocation benefits and supporting them through the move.
  • Coordinate with a global recruiting team and Swedish delivery management to handle relocation-related logistics.
  • Support candidates with visa, work permits, housing, travel arrangements, and other practical aspects of relocation.
  • Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecoms, online solutions and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues from multiple countries, contributing to a cohesive team effort.
  • Maintain a professional, responsive, and solution-oriented approach with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional IT recruitment or related technical experience.
  • Solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
  • High quality standards and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, friendly, outgoing, highly motivated.
  • Resilient, able to handle setbacks and continue pursuing objectives.
  • Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude toward work and colleagues.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months.
  • Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Compensation: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of choice.
