1. Prospecting & Cold Calling to US / UK / Canada based Clients. Earlier selling experience to international clients would be an advantage.
2. Selling Outsourcing solutions to enterprises (Civil, Architecture, Structural engineering consultancy/firms) in the assigned territory
3. Onboarding and managing alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the client.
4. Understand offshore Outsourcing platforms to craft solutions to match customer needs.
5. Responsible for end to end lead management (Lead Generation - Sales Closure)
6. Handle Inbound as well as Outbound leads
7. Maintains customer records by updating CRM and other reports.
