Responsável por Desenvolvimento de relatórios amplos de métricas de dados de satisfação de clientes, bem como outros temas da área (área de pós-vendas), análise de dados e correlações de métricas, desenvolvimento de matérias de treinamento para temas da área, ministrar treinamentos de temas relacionados a suas atividades para as equipes internas e externas de pós-vendas e conduzir benchmarkings para melhorias de processos.

**REQUISITOS**: : Graduação completa em: Administração / Comunicação Social / MKT (diferencial pós graduação na área de gestão de processos e/ou projetos), ter atuado em área de serviços / atendimento à cliente no ramo empresarial ou industrial, conhecimento em Pacote Office (nível avançado), Ferramentas de Análises de Dados (Avançado, Intermediário) - Knime Analytics - Orange - R - MATLAB - SAS - Google Analytics - Tableu.
**Diferencial**: Inglês avançado e espanhol intermediário.
