- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, with a quota bearing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.
- Experience with structuring story lines for presentations that starts with insights and used to develop materials and providing advice to help advertisers.
- Experience with Google Ads and advertising sales and media account management.
- Ability to work towards business objectives.
- Ability to leverage the business acumen to assess and help solve client needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels executive and non-executive levels, including marketing leaders.

Responsibilities- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify sales impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-motivated solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve business growth goals.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
