Seu dia a dia na Topaz- Conduzir reunião de análise e apuração de resultados com clientes.
- Administrar as demandas dos controles via sistema Jira e Confluence.
- Realizar alinhamento junto as áreas internas para atendimento das demandas.
- Elaborar métricas e indicadores (diferencial).
- Elaborar apresentação em PowerPoint para clientes.
- Escrever procedimentos para suportar os processos da área.
- Ensino superior completo ou cursando Administração, Economia, Engenharia da Computação ou afins.
- Conhecimento em padrões de design e experiência do usuário.
- Será valorizado conhecimento avançado em Excel, PowerPoint, Jira e Confluence.
- Desejável ter experiência de trabalho com SLA (acordo de níveis de serviço).
- Capacidade analítica, geração de indicadores, proatividade, orientação ao cliente e trabalho em equipe.
