We are looking for a Strategic Pricing Manager to help drive our monetization engine across all commercial segments, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and scalability. This role sits within the Revenue Management team of our Commercial Excellence & RevOps organization and plays a central role in shaping our pricing positioning and enabling sales performance.
You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Leadership, partnering closely on complex deals and pricing decisions, while also leading scalable frameworks and governance processes. If you're passionate about the intersection of strategy, revenue, and operational excellence — this is the role for you.
What You'll Do- Lead strategic pricing initiatives that drive profitable growth and customer value.
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales and Commercial leadership on deal structuring and pricing strategies.
- Design and evolve scalable pricing models, monetization structures, and approval frameworks.
- Build playbooks and pricing guidelines to promote agility, consistency, and compliance.
- Define and implement approval flows and governance mechanisms across regions and segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer data to inform pricing strategy.
- Drive pricing readiness for new products, commercial initiatives, and segments.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Enablement, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution.
- A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Collaborative, yet assertive — comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing decisions.
- Analytical and structured — you balance gut-feel with data-driven recommendations.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience in pricing, revenue strategy, deal desk, or commercial operations — ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments, with a deep understanding of B2B pricing strategy.
- Proven ability to advise Sales and influence deal outcomes at scale.
- Strong track record of building pricing models and operational frameworks.
- Experience managing teams or mentoring analysts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English, financial modeling, and pricing tools (e.g. CPQ, Excel, SQL is a plus).
- A front-line role in shaping EBANX's monetization strategy across strategic and enterprise merchants.
- Direct impact on profitability, sales velocity, and pricing governance.
- High visibility and exposure to senior leadership and commercial decision-making.
