**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a LONGTAIL PARTNERS SUCCESS ANALYST for our PARTNERS team in SÃO PAULO
As a Longtail Partners Success Analyst, you will be a key member of the Wellhub Partner Success team, dedicated to nurturing and growing relationships with our small and medium-sized partners. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the partner lifecycle, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and relationship development. This includes conducting complex negotiations, facilitating integrations with club management systems, and collaborating with other team members to refine and improve our overall partner strategy.
**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their primary point of contact within Wellhub.
- Technical Integration: Facilitate the integration of partner systems with Wellhub's platform, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Negotiation & Agreement Management: Lead complex negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Wellhub's strategic objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective partner experience.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Early-career professional: experience in customer service, sales, or success. Demonstrates a high degree of emotional intelligence, effectively managing personal emotions and understanding the emotional needs of others to build strong, productive relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. English skills are a plus.
- Relationship builder: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Eager to learn: A proactive approach to learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
- Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborative: A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.
