**What we're looking for**
As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and logístical office routines, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This includes overseeing the reception and delivery of couriers and coordinating the procurement of office supplies through purchase orders. You will also respond to local requests related to office maintenance and materials, ensuring that the workplace remains fully equipped and operational.

**The role**:
- Takes care of all administrative and logístical office routine
- Courier reception and delivery
- Requests Purchase orders for all office supplies;
- Responds to local requests for all maintenance and purchase of office materials
- Assists the Statutory & compliance department in accounting and submission files to external provider
- Purchase of PPE and sending/distribution via post or courier
- Carry out activities integrated with HSE
- Account Payable - prepares and control locally all documentation for AP process - receive the supplier documents, check if it is correct or not (local/fiscal/company requirements) - communication with Infosys for invoices processing in the system;
- Payments - Add/controls, upload all payments in Banks - checking the due dates, processing and etc
**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, especially Excel) and familiarity with purchase order systems.
- Knowledge of account payable procedures and document control processes.

- Experience working in administrative or office management roles.
- Familiarity with HSE processes and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of financial systems and invoice processing.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
