We are Energy. Committed.**ROLE PURPOSE**
- As Commercial Manager, you lead the Business Acquisition activities for a specific prospect. Your objective and responsibility is to win the tender, by developing and implementing strategies, delivering optimized technical/commercial proposals and negotiating the agreement with the Client and Partners.**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
**In order to win a tender, you are to**:
- 1.1. Organise and coordinate the overall effort for the Tender and lead the Tender team
- 1.2. Update the Capture Plan and develop the Tender Plan for a specific prospect
- 1.3. Ensure that WIN strategy is understood by all, as originally defined by the Product Lines and Business Development team, translated it into tangible actions and cascaded across the Tender team
- 1.4. Define the mandate and proactively seek its approval
- 1.5. Manage stakeholders to ensure they make timely and informed decisions
- 1.6. Maintain trustful relationships with the Partners and ensure they execute approvals in a timely manner
- 1.7. Ensure the proposal is in line with the contractual framework and strategy
- 1.8. Define the negotiation strategy and tactical plans and lead the negotiation process with the Client
- 1.9. Have an in-depth knowledge of all SBM rules and policies to conduct business ethically and select partners
- 1.10. Ensure an understanding of our market positioning, SBM strengths and weaknesses versus competition
- 1.11. Act as delegate to the Business Acquisition Director when required
**In order to ensure Client satisfaction during the Win phase, you are**:
- 2.1. Responsible for effective communication and negotiation with the Client, by building and maintaining strong relationship, from Business Development handover to Execution handover
- 2.2. Responsible to understand, manage and meet Client expectations throughout the prospect, by identifying the Client drivers and challenges
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **1.1 **Bachelor's Degree
- **1.2 **Knowledge about oil and gas industry
- **1.3 **Fluent English
- **1.4** Experience with contract management
