**About the International Operations HR Graduate Programme**
Novo Nordisk International Operations encompasses markets in Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America. Employees working within HR in Novo Nordisk have a wide range of roles and responsibilities - but all share the same commitment to excellence and to drive continued success of the organisation.
During the programme you will work with senior managers within our HR functions and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow's key people at Novo Nordisk.
We've designed the International Operations HR Graduate Programme, so that, following its successful completion, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and experiences to become a valued and integral part of our company in your home country.
**T** **he position**
During the 2-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of 8-months duration, starting in your home country Brazil, in our LATAM Regional Office, followed by two further international rotations which could include one of our HR Centres of Excellence based in our Headquarter in Denmark, our International Operations Strategic Head Office in Zurich, or one of our many global affiliates. You will partner closely with your internal stakeholders and gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks that pharmaceutical companies face in the marketplace.
The rotations are shaped to suit your development needs, while meeting our business requirements and to ensure you build the required competences needed to become a future HR leader in Novo Nordisk.
